Order Dispatching

Printed books can be purchased directly from EUM's website following a specific shopping trolley procedure.

Orders are dispatched within TEN working days upon receipt of the mail informing of dispatch. If you pay by bank transfer, your order will be dispatched once payment has been received. Dispatch is through the Italian state post company, namely Poste Italiane, with special published material postage – the bundle is not traced.

Upon request, books may be dispatched through private operator Bartolini (BRT) (delivery within 24/48 hours), cash on delivery. In this case, fill in the form available on the link or contact directly the University of Macerata Customer service at the following e-mail address: annateresa.altamura@unimc.it.

If the purchased book is not available, EUM will inform you on your waiting time.
